Donate by cheque
Please mail your cheque to: Sinfonia Ancaster, 357 Wilson Street East, Ancaster, ON L9G 2C1.
Include your name and address and a charitable receipt for tax purposes will be mailed or emailed to you.
Donate by e-transfer
Please send an Interac e-transfer from your bank to treasurer@sinfoniaancaster.com. Autodeposit is enabled.
Please follow up with an email to treasurer@sinfoniaancaster.com; state the date and amount of the donation and include your name and address. A charitable receipt for tax purposes will be emailed to you.
Donate at a concert
Cheque, cash, credit card or debit card donations will be gratefully received at the Welcome Table.

Click on the CanadaHelps button below and complete the form. You can set up monthly donations if you so choose. CanadaHelps will send you a charitable receipt for tax purposes by email.
Donor recognition
Sinfonia Ancaster offers donor recognition at the following levels. Donors may also choose to donate anonymously. Any person donating $200 or more in a given year is eligible to be a Member of the Corporation and vote at the next Annual General Meeting. SIXTEENTH NOTE – $25 to $249
- tax receipt
- name in the December concert program
- name on our website Donors page for one year
EIGHTH NOTE – $250 to $499
- all the benefits of Sixteenth Note, plus:
- name and/or business logo on our promotional banner in the lobby for 4 concerts
- name and/or business logo on a slide in the auditorium for 4 concerts
QUARTER NOTE – $500 to $999
- all the benefits of Eighth Note, plus:
- name and/or business logo in the program for 4 concerts
HALF NOTE – $1000 to $1999
- all the benefits of Quarter Note, plus:
- your QR code in the program for 4 concerts
- a slide in the auditorium highlighting your gift at one concert
- invitation to a reception with the Conductor after the October concert
WHOLE NOTE – $2000 to $3999
- all the benefits of Half Note, plus:
- your sign on an easel in the lobby for one concert
- thanks from the stage at one concert
FERMATA – $4000 or more
- all the benefits of Whole Note, plus:
- named a Concert Sponsor in the program for one concert
